Help out a friend. Great story by a friend, turned into a film.
We here at Born Mad Films are gearing up to shoot our newest short
film, "November Snow" (working title).
"November Snow" is a simplistically beautiful tale about a young boy
who's day of shooting cans in a snowy field teaches him a lesson about
morality, a lesson about himself. The script was adapted by Timothy
David Orme, from a flash fiction story titled "Snows of Saint Mary," written by Jeremiah Leedy.
We're pleased to have Connor Williams (who at 10 years old has already
participated in 10 short film and one feature) play the lead part.
Timothy David Orme will direct the film, and Levi Bettwieser will work
as cinematographer.
Having financed the past five films on our own, we are at a point
where we simply cannot pay for everything ourselves any longer. This
is where you can help! We are trying to raise $2,500 so that we can
shoot this short on 16mm film.
All we're asking is that you give what you can. And if you can't give
anything, please help us by passing on the information.
To show our appreciation for your support, everyone who donates $250
or more will be credited under "This film was made possible with the
kind support of…" You will also receive a DVD of the film for your
home collection.
If you donate $1000 or more, you will be credited as an 'Associate
Producer' of the film.
