Xubuntu 6.10 Parallels Image for MAC
Power of the Rat!
Xubuntu is much faster than Ubuntu due to the Xfce interface (vs Gnome as in Ubuntu). This is tweaked and tuned for the Macbook. All updates, drivers and patches are complete as of 10.30.06. Screen rez is proper @ 1280x800 for the beautiful Macbook.
Get this if you always wanted to try an Xfce Linux distro, but may have been intimidated by the interface. Xfce is probably my favorite X environment.
I did install pretty much all applications "most" people will want.
All codecs neeed: VLC, Mplayer etc.

The
nfo file will tell you more about my distro. Basically this is for the
Macbook users that want to try linux but don't want to mess around with
installing software, doing updates, config'n etc.
You must have Parallels to run this!
